The Greater Terre Haute NAACP branch invites the public to a program focused on food justice in the Wabash Valley and how the issues of economic justice, environmental justice and racial justice are being connected in the community.

The program will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Vigo County Public Library, Seventh and Poplar streets, Terre Haute.

Food Justice is the right of communities everywhere to grow, sell, access, and eat healthy food, the NAACP branch said in a news release. Food Justice is a concern for all communities who want to see that everyone has equal opportunity to be healthy, regardless of race, class, gender, ethnicity, citizenship, ability, or religion.
